No, and I wouldn't if you were a real girl, but you aren't. I don't go around touching the chests of real girls. In this case all of it is just made up by the headmistress, so it doesn't matter.

No, you're wrong again. I'm only willing to touch them without permission if they're really men. It's still a female body part, but a guy turned girl doesn't have that much real attachment to it.
